Graham Norton is a renowned Irish actor, comedian and television presenter. He was born as Graham William Walker on April 1963 in Dublin Ireland.
He grew up in Bandon, County Cork, Ireland.He left the University College Cork to go to San Francisco. He was trained to become an actor from Central School of Speech and Drama.
Firstly he appeared in broadcasting as a regular on the BBC Radio 4 show Loose Ends in the early 1990s. He began to be famous remarkably as one of the early successes of Channel 5, when he won an award for his performance in a late-night talk show ”Bring Me the Head of Light Entertainment” which wasn’t well received as a programme but did further enhance Norton’s individual reputation.
Norton moved across the Atlantic to start a new venture in American television in the summer of 2004. The Graham Norton Effect debuted on 24 June 2004 on Comedy Central. In the midst of controversy surrounding Janet Jackson’s Super Bowl performance, Norton was wary of moving into the market. The Graham Norton Effect got away with the same racy, suggestive jokes that made his previous shows so popular, but failed to attract an audience.
He made great achievements in his domain of action as a comedian, actor and television presenter and became famous highly amongst public and hundreds of thousands fans a long time.
