This hypo pigmentation disorder includes many disorders with color loss, the most famous is vitiligo. There are two main reason of generalized reduction in skin pigmentation at birth; it may either occur due to racial origin or due to albinism (is a form of hypo-pigmentary congenital disorder, characterized by a partial or total amelanosis).
