Vitiligo vulgaris occurs in small patches of de-pigmentation spreads in a very small dots form admixed with normal skin in segmental or acrofacial pattern. Usually this type of disorder is very common in people with bilaterally symmetrically lesions largely appears over face neck fingers toes palms soles and facial.

In common this disease is very difficult to treat all affected areas equally due to wide spread of this disease. The vitiligo vulgaris patients may not avail the option of surgical facility. It may take the period of years for treatments.
